Studio Features.

Scheduling

The GFTSM Studio is available for client utilization during the following time periods:

  • Monday thru Saturday. Session #1- 10 am to 1 pm Session #2- 2 pm to 5 pm Session #3- 7 pm to 10 pm
  • Minimum studio booking by any given client is a single Session (3 hours). Clients can plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of a session to warm up.


Equipment

The following equipment is included in studio sessions for use by clients and our engineer:

  • Nuendo recording software with multiple plug-ins.
  • Extensive microphone inventory including Neumann, Audio Technica, Oktava, Audix, CAD Gold.
  • Hearback personal monitoring system.
  • Ancillary equipment including headphones, mic stands, music stands.


Pricing

GFTSM Studio pricing details are published on the current GFTSM price list.

  • All prices include the services of a fully qualified Good For The Soul Music™ sound engineer.

Proposal / Agreement

An easy to understand, single sheet Studio Proposal/Agreement form is utilized.

  • The Proposal / Agreement will have two fundamental parts:
  • Recording Estimate (Time and $).
  • Mix Estimate (Time and $).
  • State of Texas Service / Sales Tax will be included in all Proposal / Agreements.


Client Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply:

  • 50% of total estimated fees (recording and mix) upon signing agreement.
  • 25% at completion of recording.
  • 25% upon completion of project.
  • Cash, checks, MasterCard or Visa are authorized for payment.

 

Facility Usage

While in the GFTSM Studio, clients are welcome to use the following facilities:

  • Studio—to include cutting and mix rooms.
  • Conference room—if not in use.
  • Rest rooms and break rooms—to include coffee, H2O, fridge and microwave.
